Once you’ve grown your lovely sweet potatoes, here’s one way I love to prepare them. Slice 4-6 sweet potatoes  into 1/4 inch rounds, fan them out on a cookie sheet. Melt a stick of butter. Brush the slices with the melted butter, lightly season with salt and pepper then cut 8-10 Sage leaves into thin strips and evenly distribute over your potato slices and bake for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Everyone will love them!
